Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
South Shore Lakes offers detached garages for residents.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Sun at 6PM and Monday through Thursday at 7PM. Please have trash outside in the container by 6PM. No trash services Fri and Sat..
Where is the dog park?
We have 2. One is in phase 1 (office side) behind the pools, the other is in phase 2 in the back corner behind building 35.

Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
If you are in phase 1 Visitor parking is through the gate to the left along the wooden fence line. If you are in phase 2 visitor parking is through the gate to the right along the tree line.

10am to 9pm

We provide Xfinity through the bundle. Issues with service they can call 833-455-2677
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
We allocate water. Electric provider is whoever they choose but we recommend Gatby. Applicant will get an automated email after application approval.
What are the top community amenities?
All first-floor apartment homes have a private gated yard.
